TIP: Prevent ODS output from display in Output window

A tip for preventing the SAS environment from crashing, when generating large amounts of statistical procedure outputs.

When generating large amounts of outputs using ODS, the required outputs are often taken from the SAS dataset version of the outputs, and the results written to the Outputs window are not required. This can cause the SAS environment to freeze if too many outputs are generated.

To prevent outputs being written to the Outputs window specify the following statement:

ods noresults;
